JQL Query for Customer Board

I need some help to draft a query that will populate a customer facing gh board. Here's my attempt but it's not limiting the results the way i intend:

project = XST02SCR and (reporter in membersOf("QUOTIENT-Customer") or issuetype = Story) and issuetype !="Structure Level" ORDER BY Rank ASC

To explain:

• This query should return only issues within project XST01SCR
• Where reporter is in "Quotient-Customer" group OR Issuetype = Story
  • In other words, i want ALL issues of Story type to appear (regardless of reporter)
  • and i want ALL issuestypes to appear that were reported by those in the "Quotient-Customer" group (including inquires, defects, stories etc)
• and always exclude issuetype = Structure Level
