Despite there being no question or context to this post (may I assume it was accidental?), here's how to Re-index JIRA anyway: Go to https://YOUR URL/secure/admin/IndexAdmin.jspa and, in general, you can keep Background Re-index selected and click the Re-index button so that you can keep using the site.
