Confluence restart

Dear Sirs,

I have a problem with the confluence self-restarting.

The error is always resolved by restarting the service.
This is not an optimal solution for us, because the restarts are irregular.

We have the memory parameters set:
-Xms10g -Xmx10g

A similar problem was solved here: SDS-56296.

while we do not have access to support requests from Community there is not much information you have provided so providing help is complicated.

Assuming Confluence crashes (and probably restarts) first thing to look at should be the log files.

The memory parameters without context (user base, concurrent users, usage pattern, hardware specification, infrastructure of your setup) is not very helpful.

Please go through it and in case it does not help another support request (you mentioned already one) would be certainly an option.
