Unable to use JIRA pie charts in Confluence

Hi Everyone,

in our Confluence I edit a page and then

2. Click Insert => other macros

3. Find JIRA Chart:

and Importing Pie Charts does not work. Importing other charts works just fine!

We get the following error message:

"Can not retrieve JIRA chart image"

 

We found an issue at Atlassian: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONF-34264

According to the issue it has been resolved in version 5.6.4

We use version 5.6.6 and it still erroneous!

Could you please help?

Hello Rumceisz,

Would you mind to replicate this issue and attach the generated logs from the atlassian-confluence.log to this thread? I'd like to see what the log throws so we can have a better idea of what's going on.

Can you also confirm which kind of authentication method you're using on your Application Links settings?
