Issues and Fixes section in Jira ticket - how to configure

Hello

CAn you please tell me how to get this "issues and fixes" section into jira ticket. Clicking on the button open create issue screen. Please see attached image. Is this some addOn or inbuilt functionality

It's coming from an app, but I can't guess what it is, there are several that insert panels into issues.
