https://nexus.comalatech.com/content/groups/public/ is lack of the jar which artifactId isconfluence

I want to make use of confluence workflow eventPublish.

When I import the jar

<dependency>

<groupId>com.comalatech.workflow</groupId>

<artifactId>workflows-api</artifactId>

<version>5.1.1</version>

<scope>provided</scope>

</dependency>

in pom.xml, the jar is dependent on the jar which groudId is com.atlassian.confluence and artifactId is confluence.

It seems that the repository https://nexus.comalatech.com/content/groups/public/ is lack of the jar

<dependency>
<groupId>com.atlassian.confluence</groupId>
<artifactId>confluence</artifactId>
<version>${confluence.version}</version>
<scope>provided</scope>
</dependency>

which the jar <artifactId>workflows-api</artifactId> is dependent on.
Anybody had found this issue?
