How do I found out who the site admin is?

I understand you cannot share the information, but is there a way we can find the information without opening a ticket?

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

When it comes to permissions and roles, it's not possible to see who are the administrators on a Jira or Confluence.

In this case, you can use an option to contact administrators. You won't see their names, but they will receive an email with your request.
