Atlassian's headquarters are in Australia. The conversion rate makes it that 4 US hours = 500 Australian minutes.
Joke aside, I don't think this is the place to report this sort of mistake. Unlikely that somebody from Atlassian will pick it up and fix the doc. I guess a support request would work better.
