Getting a null inter pointer exception when trying to enable plug-in
JIRA version 6.4.11
EPAM Risk version 1.3.48.8
OS: Windows Server 2008R2 64Bit
I think we'd need to see the error message in the log, in case it's pointing to some form of broken data or config.
However, it's quite likely that this needs to go to the vendor of the add-on
Here is the log message, and I have sent an email to the vendor as well, not sure where the support for them is, I'd appreciate it if you had a URL for their support
