JQL Query

Question

I have the jql query below and for some reason it does not show all issues with this query. I am still missing some issue types even though they are there in the project. Is the query too complex?

project = test AND issuetype not in (problem, bug, task) AND labels not in (label1, label2) and status != Done ORDER BY Rank ASC

if you want all the issues do not discriminate for them, for example:

project = "test" AND status != done AND labels NOT IN (label1, label2) ORDER BY rank

ASK.

@Vronik I tried the query below without not in and still get the same result

project= "test" AND (type!=problem AND status != done )AND (type!=bug AND status != done ) AND (type!=task AND status != done ) AND (labels != label1) and (labels != label2) ORDER BY rank ASC

@Vronik Thank you for your input, any suggestions for an alternative for "not in"?
