Visibility on "Recommended in Confluence"

With the daily/weekly digest that is emailed, is the content filtered such that users only see a recap of pages they have permission to view?  We have some pages that are restricted.  I'm wondering if changes to those pages are visible to the community at-large via the daily/weekly digest.

  If you are refereeing to the daily updates that can be subscribed to under your profile these will only send what you have access to.
