I see Atlassian has stated above but can we generate temp license for server versions for jira and confluence after Feb 2 2021 ?

End of new server license sales: You can no longer purchase or request a quote for a new server product or the following Atlassian-built apps: Advanced Roadmaps (formerly Portfolio for Jira), Team Calendars for Confluence, Insight – Asset Management, and Insight Discovery.

Sam,

It depends on what you mean by temporary.  If you own the product license then you will be able to generate developer licenses that could be used for a temporary period.  If you do not have a license then you would not be able to get one for trial or temporary period.
