Boards crashing after upgrading jira to 8.6.1 - 8.7.1

Question

After upgrading jira to the most current version all Boards are crashing.

* Re-indexing - done
* Plugins are in safe mode
* Webbrowser - Firefox, Chrome, Edge - incognito
* new jira installation

Can anybody point me in the right direction?

Hi Krzysztof,

as you stated here it is a Jira Core product you are using - are you sure licensing is okay?

Apart from that there is a more generic knowledge base entry:

Other reports ended with a support request but the users did not report back how it was fixed finally.
