TFS4Jira error "The server's response does not seem to be a SOAP message."

Got this error "The server's response does not seem to be a SOAP message" when trying to test repository for this tfs4jira plug in. Please let me know how to by pass / fix it.

I had wrong TFS server url which was causing the problem. No more issue now.
