How do you create anchor within expanded page?

I've created several expanded pages within a page, and then I place an anchor inside one of the expanded page. However, that anchor isn't accessible anymore. Is there a specific command to call out that anchor.

I actually found out that this is still an open bug in Jira.

It seems there's no fix in the near future.
