Limit values in Label field

Is there a way to Limit values in Label field?. We want to limit values to YES and NO

A checkbox field type with the single option may work better for this purpose.

Do you need the Label field specifically for this case? Why?

You can define a new select list custom field and use that.

If your case depends on specifically the label field, you can remove this field from the edit screen and set it using automation or groovy script to read the custom select list's value and fill the label field with it.
