Application link: connect JIRA Server to Confluence Cloud?

Question

We'd like to set up a space in Confluence cloud to be used as knowledgebase by a JIRA Service Desk residing on a server installation (application link). Will cloud and server work smoothly together?

while  making  connection its asking about consumer key , service provider key and some input that ive mentioned in screen shot pls review it and give me solution
