Hello! My company has been using the Cloud version of JIRA for a year now and we're now looking into purchasing Standalone version. 2 questions we'd need to get answers to before migrating are:
- After the purchase, do future JIRA updates come free, or are those purchased seperately?
- After a purchase, is it possible to upgrade user tier (without paying the full price for that standalone version)? In other words, if we purchase the 25 user version for 1800$, what happens if after a while we desire to have the 50 user version, do we have to pay full 3600$ for that one then?
