Unable to view or create Board in Jira core 8.13

Question

Daniel Ebers · Answer

Hi Sukesh,

am I right you are trying to create a Kanban Board / Scrum Board? In case you are actually using Jira Core this is not possible.

For using software boards on the on-premise solution (Jira Server), you'll need Jira Software.
In the cloud core offerings of Jira there are "business boards" (with a rather limited feature set).

Cheers,
Daniel

Hi Sukesh

are there already any projects existing on your instance?

If yes do you have the required permissions to access them?

Cheers
