Confluence had problems starting up

Hi All,

From quite sometime now every 2 weeks we started getting the error as attached, the error says confluence had problems starting up
Description: Non cluster confluence: Data is being updated by another confluence instance.

I am using MS SQL 2016 and confluence version 7.4.0

Have you tried the URL that the error provided? After that, the next steps are to review the logs for any startup errors. Cheers!
