Mail from Confluence to users are not logged in to Confluence, for x days

Question

If users are not logged in to Confluence, for 90 days (for example), users will receive an automated alert email before their account is blocked.

The de-active of users is happening in the Active Directory.

I am looking for an option an / or add-on with which the mail can be sent to the users.

I am already looking at User Deactivator for Confluence, but the deactivation functionality is not necessary. So I'm looking for something simpler.

Scriptrunner for Confluence is not installed.

In Confluence directly it might need a good portion of scripting if there should not be an App ready-to-use from Marketplace.

Maybe some other members can say something on how to implement this directly in Confluence.

The wish is to send an email from Confluence to users who have not been logged in for a certain period of time. This has not yet been realized in Confluence, but we want to realize it in Confluence.

did I understand it right that there is to date already such a mechanism in place as you said the users will receive an automated mail?

I am a bit confused as you stated later on that you are looking for an option to dispatch the mail.

If this requirement is to be implemented from scratch a comparison from data of users (logged in in last 90 days or not) from database PLUS a small script in the language of your choice (bash, Python, ...) would be probably suffice. In case this is a windows server an equivalent for Windows (Power Shell, ...) could be used.

In case you could describe a bit further what is already in place somebody from Community might add more information to your question.
