Updated to Jira core 8.12.3 and Service desk 4.12.3. Now Tempo plugin doesn't work.

Updated to Jira core 8.12.3 and Service desk 4.12.3. Now Tempo plugin doesn't work. It will load for administrators, but regular user accounts it just spins when they try to access My Work.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I have tried to reindex maganged users in Trello and it still shows no users.
