Can I compress attachment folder in Jira in v7.13.0

Jira attachment is taking too much space is there anyway we can reduces size of attachment folder without any migration....or only migration is the way

You have three options:

• Delete the attachments from the issues
• Compress them - ask your users to compress before they attach, and think of some way to download, delete, compress and re-upload somehow (as you'll need to adjust the data that links attachments with issues)
• Move the attachments on to a compressed file system (attachments are not sensitive to types of file system, Jira is happy as long as it can read and write the data)
