How to access jira from another machine remotely?

i have installed jira on my windows server 16 VM on azure, How can i access that from my local computer remotely.

You can't do it from Jira. You need to talk to the support people at azure. You would need update access to the DNS server and the IP address of the VM Jira is installed on. Azure may have a dashboard available to you where you can do it, but I wouldn't know how that works.

You need have a DNS entry pointing to the server on a DNS server you can reach from your workstation. You need to work with the azure folks. They probably have something already setup and can put the DNS entry in their DNS server.
