Table Filter and Charts for Confluence - problem with CSV export

Marcin Lis_x05vup

Hi, we have confluence and plugin Table Filter and Charts for Confluence and we have a problem with one table - we have the option to export it to CSV, PDF, and Word document, but only Word export is working - CSV and PDF are not working - after select option "export" I have option screen and button "export" but when I click on it nothing happened.

Maybe you are aware of some existing error in this version or about an error like this and you know the fix? Or any workaround?

Hi @Marcin Lis ,

It's a strange behavior for the export functions, especially if you are referring to the one particular table. Try to recreate it on another page and check if the export is working.

We also recommend to update the app to the latest version (6.0.1 as for now). We have a new feature in the 6.0 major version - live filtration in table headers in the page view mode:

• You can filter columns just in one click by hovering over a column header
• You don't need to select the filter type and date format because the app detects them automatically
• You can filter tables without inserting the macro

If the table recreation and the app update don't help, you may raise a support ticket. Attach the page storage format (upper right corner -> ... -> View Storage Format), and we'll investigate the issue.
