Quality issues

So, I am planning to use JIRA to create and maintain the quality issues at my start-up company (CAPA, Non-conformances, DCR, etc.).  

Does anyone have experience creating quality issue workflows in JIRA and do notified bodies accept this format as part of a QMS?

Hello Brian, we are doing that successfully since more than 3 years. Changing the mind set of most people that are used to work with excel lists and E-Mail Ping Pong is massive. That's the by far bigger task compared to setting up a JIRA project for that.
