How to manually create fields, screen and issue type?

Hi, Supports,

I run into a problem that since Jira cloud instance can't support importing workflow and field configure, so the answers I found here were all telling me to do it manually.

Yet, It is quite hard for me to get a sense of how all this can work out.

My scenario goes like this:
3 issue types + 3 field configuration + 1 screen

Are there any videos or answers here?

Yet, my issue types did not match my screens, can you help me out here?
