Transition Permission Popup Message

Coby Fuller

For one of our key projects, we only allow the Assignee to transition issues. There is a very generic popup if you are not the assignee and attempt to transition an issue. Does anyone know if this generic popup can be customized? And if so, how? Please no suggestions that require marketplace addons.

This actually should be posted under Jira questions. With that said no, unfortunately you cannot edit the text that is displayed in the situation.

Maybe this could be addressed from a permission perspective? There is a "transition issue" permission. https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Core-questions/How-can-I-allow-a-user-or-a-group-to-transition-an-issue/qaq-p/299058

Sorry for posting in the wrong community, but thank you for answering anyway. I was afraid that would be the answer.

In reality, this belongs under Jira questions. That being stated, you cannot, regrettably, alter the text that is currently being shown. To learn that how can we apply transitions you can visithttps://alrightapk.in/transitions-in-alight-motion/
