Changing logging level of com.atlassian package?

Hello,

 

I wonder what is the com.atlassian package in the logging and profiling Jira administration site AND what is the outcome of changing its logging level. Does anyone know?

And the last question: could com.atlassian package logging level be set to trace to debug an app installed or that has nothing to do with the APPs installed?
