cannot import com.atlassian.servicedesk.api.feedback

Hello,

I am trying to import the class com.atlassian.servicedesk.api.feedback in a listener but I have this error message

 unable to resolve class com.atlassian.servicedesk.api.feedback

 I thought that we can access to this class in order to use the automatic token generator for the survey. How can we use it? Thank you.

Hi,

com.atlassian.servicedesk.api.feedback is a package not a class. You need to write

import com.atlassian.servicedesk.api.feedback.* 

or state the class name instead of '*'.

That being said, ScriptRunner gives me the same message for

import com.atlassian.servicedesk.api.feedback.RequestFeedbackDetails

And also

import com.atlassian.servicedesk.api.field.RequestTypeField

or any class in the com.atlassian.servicedesk.api.field package. And I need those classes.

The other classes in the packages under com.atlassian.servicedesk.api are resolved without problems.

Anyone else having the same issue?
