How to get My ToDo list into target instance as Smart Checklist?

We are migrating one Jira instance to another. Source instance has got My ToDo Add-on with list of activities however destination instance cannot have the same plug-in instead will have Smart Checklist Add-on.  Post-migration, we are able to have same activities list as it is with My ToDo for the new issues but for the existing issue, we are not able to retain the My ToDo list. What is the best way to get that My ToDo list in the new instance without using the My ToDo plug-in?

Migrate the data.

These two apps store your to-do lists in different ways, they're not looking at standard shared data, they have their own data stores.

You'll need to come up with something that reads the data from "My ToDo" and writes it back into Smart Checklists
