how to track bug status if has multiple fix versions?

Question

developers usually choose multiple fix versions (Version A,Version B,Version C ...)for one issue.

then the problem is tester cannot track the bug status,if the tester verified the issue on Version A,then close the issue.the issue status is "Closed",but tester has not verify other versions on this issue.

it is a problem to track each fix version's bug status.

anyone can give some suggestions to track each fix version's status and make a final 'close' issue after all fix version is 'closed' or 'verified'?

One possibility:
Create a sub-task for each version and set your Close transition to check for all sub-tasks being closed before allowing the parent ticket to be closed.  If you are looking to automate the creation of multiple sub-tasks, investigate adding a Post function to one of your workflow steps that uses the multiple-issue creation option in Bob Swift's Create On Transition Plugin: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/org.swift.jira.cot
That may allow your post function to create a sub-task for each fix version noted on the parent ticket.

if multiple projects(more than 10) have this issue.then i think it is impossible to create a separate issue for each project.

hope to find a better resolution.
