Git Hub Development Panel Is not visible on jira issue

Question

I have integrate JIRA with GitHub.

Whenever i make a commit from GitHub to JIRA issue

* Comment is successfully appended on issue
* but Development Panel is not visible on issue,
What is an issue because integration is done successfully.
