Whenever a user tries to choose from templates or blueprints to create a site an error occurs or it wont stop loading. The error message says "unknown server error occured" so it is not very helpful. I checked the logs for information but did'nt know what exactly to look for. Does anyone know this problem?

I recommend you open a ticket with atlassian support and provide the support zip files for analysis.
