How to use an image in Fancy Bullets?

I want to add a custom image as a Fancy Bullet, however there is no documentation that shows how to add the image and the text below the box isn't clear enough:

"A custom image to use as the bullet in SPACEKEY:page^attachment format. Type must be set to 'image'."

What format am I supposed to use? I have the type set to Image.

I assume you are using the fancy-bullets macro? What is is giving you is how to format the path to where the image is. For example, if you have a bullet image (bullet.png) attached the the page "Bullet Images" in the space with the key BT, the format will be

BT:Bullet Images^bullet.png
