Cannot export all selected fields

Question

Dear Sir , 
I encounter a weird issue that I cannot export excel file with all current selected fields on project A, but I can export all on project B. 
The filter can help me to list all selected fields for both project A & B.

The different is to export to excel file only.
I have no idea what happened !

Is there any comment ?

Hi Carlos ,

You inspired me !

Original , I just change the project name from A to B with the same filter that saved for project A before. 
Now , I save a dedicated filter for project B even the difference is project name only! 
And re-export the excel report ...

Issue fixed now !

Hi @KF Cheng ,

Do you have two filters, one for project A and for project B, or one for both projects together (A and B) ?  When you're exporting, are you checking that the fields you care about are listed in the 'list view'?
