JIRA Startup Failed

My JIRA Working Normally from morning but from last one hour it is not up and show error like JIRA Startup Failed. and even shows 

The following plugins are required by JIRA, but have not been started:

Gadget Directory Plugin (com.atlassian.gadgets.directory)

Vickey Palzor Lepcha

Try emptying the plugin directory - start JIRA without any plugin in the plugin folder , when JIRA is up and running , install those plugins back one bye one.
