how to deploy jira on server

hi

i am new to JIRA.

i have installed JIRA standalone but now i have to deploy JIRA on server.

we have tomcat5.5 installed on server. all iwant to do is to install JIRA on server and create user accounts for users.

how can i install JIRA on my server??????
