How can I load a multi select custom user field with multiple values

I have a custom field called business approver and it is a user picker multi user.  I load the approvers based on the business function selected and it works great when there is one approver.  When I need to load three approvers in to the approvers field, I can't get it to work.

 

Is there a way through Behaviours to do this?  The below works for a single user.  If I try to a second user, it does not work.  It is just blank.  

if (dropDownValue == "Business Strategy and Development")
{
approvers.setFormValue("211111111")

Hi Richard,

Are you trying to set the User Picker (Multiple users) with multiple values?

I've tried the script below and it works great (I've 3 usernames in my Jira: "carmen", "david" and "sim"):

if (dropDownValue == "Apple")
{
approvers.setFormValue("carmen, david, sim")
}
