Is there a way to check on the following information for JIRA Cloud: * Who accessed JIRA issue and the attachments * When the JIRA issue and attachment is accessed * How many times the JIRA issue and attachments was accessed Is it something that I need to check with the JIRA Cloud team directly to work on this to capture these information?

Is there a way to check on the following information for JIRA Cloud:

Who accessed JIRA issue and the attachments
When the JIRA issue and attachment is accessed
How many times the JIRA issue and attachments was accessed

Is it something that I need to check with the JIRA Cloud team directly to work on this to capture these information?
