Deviniti Bundled Fields in Customer Notifications

We have a problem with using bundled fields on the portal.

When we send Customer notifications we include ${request.details} so they can easily see what information was included in their request.

With the bundled fields, the request details show in the emails as the json output.

Has anyone had to address this issue or find a workaround?

Hi Kate, we just used bundled fields for the first time and ran into the same issue inside the email.

Any chance there has been any progress in fixing this or any workaround?

Hi,

I'm so happy to announce that new version of Dynamic Forms will fix this problem! It should be released next week. We're also working on Bundled Fields in Extension -> the new app version which includes this fix will be released in the January 2021.
