Confiform - Ability to have items horizontally?

Gabe Belknap

Hi Folks,

Right now on my confluence page i have multiple questions with drop downs and they are all vertically placed one before the next.

Example:

1

2

3

4

Is there a way to introduce a grid or table that will allow them to be horizontal like the below?

1                       2

3                       4

Thanks in advance
