Scriptrunner send email - all jira notifications

Hi community,

 

I'm just a beginner with Scriptrunner - my company just bought him. Can somebody tell me if it's possible to "copy" all the notifications (emails) from a project that normally will be sent to a user to another email address?

 

Basically - i want to send all the emails to a custom email address - which is not assigned to a user.
