I clicked admin.atlassian.com > Click on the organization - so showing "Admin / larki" at the top. But...
No "Settings"
No "Administrators"
No "Remove the admin"
What do I do exactly?

I can see that you are the only admin for "Larki" organization, so you should be able to see the details.
Would you mind sending us a screenshot of how the organization looks like for you? Just make sure to hide private information.
When clicking on the organization, it should show this on the top:
Then on Settings > Administrators, you can add other administrators.

Atlassian support needed to make me an Org admin on Atlassian's side so I could do this. Done now.
