Can't create a repository (error: ProcessNotStartedException)

Hi,

I'm running a bitbucket server 7.4.1 on a FreeBSD 12.1 machine with openjdk11 and a Postgres 12.3 as database server. The bitbucket server runs inside a jail behind a varnish reverse proxy with hitch for ssl termination. I know, that this OS and the database are not supported. But maybe this is an issue not related to the OS and the db.

If I try to create a new repository, I always get an error message like that:

Hi Holm,

The fact that your OS and database are not supported are very important ones, as it means that we can not foresee or acknowledge how this infrastructure will behave with Bitbucket Server. Also, as we don't support it, we won't be able to reproduce that issue in our machines. 

I've checked our internal documentation to see if we had encountered something similar in the past, but I haven't been able to find anything. 

To help you troubleshooting this issue, my recommendation would be to test your installation in a Supported platform (You can find our supported platforms here). If you get the same errors, then we'll have the right tools to help you; if you don't get this error, then most definitely the unsupported system is causing the problem and I'm afraid there's not much we'll be able to do.
