How to add default "Start Progress" transition?

Hi,

I've added a new Step.

I want one of its transition to be the default "Start Progress" transition (id: 4).

However, when I add a new transition add set its name to "Start Progress", JIRA create a new transition (id: 711).

Is it possible to use the JIRA built-in "Start Progress" transition (id: 4) in my own ccustomized steps?

Use the workflow designer instead of using the View Workflow Steps.

Create a new transition and choose Use Common Transition option.
