Has anyone successfully integrated JIRA with HPSD for managing incidents?
I'd like to leverage the flexibility of JIRA with the robustness of HPSD's ITIL engine.
Honda Progressive Steering Damper?I assume you're asking about some form of software really. Could you explain what the software does, and what you mean by "integration"? It's a very vague word and really doesn't tell anyone anything about what you actually want the two systems to do.
