Why i can't move ticket to the colomn to "to do" to "finish"

I user Jira server i can't change some ticket which have a type "alerte" to the colomn "to do" to an other status.

I didn't change the workflow recently but a re-indexation has been done recently.

If you're unable to transition an issue to another status, it could be range of things. Best thing to do is either research each possible issue - things you might be able to do include:

• Board: If you can transition the issue from the issue's main view - but not change the column on the board, it could be a simple column mapping issue. As a Board Admin, go to Board > Configure > Columns and ensure statuses are mapped correctly.
• Workflow - No Outward Transitions: The workflow status you're in might have no outward going transition, therefore cannot move to another status. As a Project Admin, you could check this by going to Project Settings > Workflows and check it. You might also be able to modify it is the workflow isn't used by other projects.

Or if you're a Jira Admin (or reach out to one on your instance:

• Workflow - Status Property: The workflow might have a property for the status you're in which limits transitions or editing of the issue.
• Workflow - Transition Properties: The transitions out of the current status might be limited to certain roles via conditions, etc
• Project Permissions: Ensure you have the appropriate permissions to transition an issue - it could be this is assigned to another group of users or a specified user type (eg. only the assignee of the issue)
