We purchased and installed a license a few weeks ago. But, we are still seeing a message at the top of every page about our evaluation period ending. Is there any way to get rid of this? Is this an indication the license was invalid or something?

Can you check the License Info under cog wheel ----> System
Click on License on left pane as shown below
Click_License.PNG
and then check the LIcense Info if its really expired or not

Yes, our license says it is expiring in 11 months (when I look at that screen). But, there is still a banner on the top of the page saying the license will expire two weeks ago. It seems to be stuck
Did you check other third party add-ons that might have expired ? Or there is any banner set that displays that message ?
