Is there a way to set a delegate for an approver?

A co-worker is going on leave and wondered if there was a way in the Jira tool to establish a delegate for approval tasks?

We use an app (add-on) from the marketplace called Out Of Office Assistant.

There is a server and data centre version and it's relatively inexpensive.

This app allows you to delegate (re-assign) issues while you are on holiday. It's not possible in base Jira.

This app is awesome but it only reassign ticket or it can change the approval list too?
